WaterTankCheck is a digital platform that provides water tank inspection management services, including but not limited to:
- Contract creation and management
- Inspection scheduling and tracking
- Document storage and organization
- Report generation and distribution
- Team collaboration tools
- Mobile inspection capabilities
Account Creation
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account information updated.
Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
Account Termination

Subscription Fees

Failed Payments
If payment fails, we may suspend your access to paid features until payment is resolved. Accounts may be terminated after repeated payment failures.

- Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise system security
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance when possible.
